Our 10 Year Warranty
- Crownwood LLC warrants its products to the original purchaser to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 10 years from date of order.
This Limited Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, abuse, improper storage or installation.
- This Limited Warranty does not cover unfinished cabinets or cabinets that have been modified by any person other than the manufacturer.
Doors and Drawers carry a one year limited warranty from the manufacturer.
Panels that exceed 22” wide by 44” high are not warranted against expansion, warpage, cracking or open framing joints.
- If the product is less than 12” wide and 22” high, it will be warranted if the expansion or warpage is greater than 1/8”.
If the product is between 12 1/16” to 22” in width, or 22 1/16” to 44” in height, it will be warranted if the expansion or warpage is greater than 1/4 ."
- Crownwood LLC will not assume responsibility for natural color variations in wood (including grain patterns, burls and mineral streaks).
Crownwood LLC warrants its hardware products, (drawer slide system, hinges), to the original purchaser for a Lifetime.
- Defective products need to be returned to manufacturer and will be replaced free of charge. Shipping and installation costs will be the original purchaser’s responsibility.
Crownwood LLC reserves the right to alter or change designs, specifications, finishes and material as conditions require and as improvements are developed. The manufacturer has no obligation to incorporate such changes in products previously manufactured.
